Hailey is a UX Designer with a background in strategic visual design and marketing
Hailey graduated from Stanford University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Symbolic Systems with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction. She is a Visual Designer at Bryant Stibel — a venture capital and business management firm — and a UX Designer at West Woods. At West Woods, Hailey is focused on crafting training programs, product models, digital marketing content, branding materials, and design systems for both individuals and businesses.

Scott is a Product Designer with a passion for solving technical issues with comprehensive, system-based solutions
Scott graduated from Stanford University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design with a coursework focus on Mechanical Engineering. He is the Director of Operations at Integrated Telemanagement Services — an IT management company — and a Product Designer at West Woods. Scott has led engineering for physical products such as the Solar Boats he designed and implemented for ElectraCraft as well as IT and security solutions for private clients. At West Woods, Scott creates prototypes, builds technical user-managed systems, and crafts business solutions for clients.
